Myrl & Roy’s Paving was established in 1962 by Myrl Unzelman and Roy Schultz, two dedicated individuals who took a leap of faith to start their own paving business. We continue to be locally owned and operated with crews of well experienced and thoroughly trained operators and laborers.
We use high-quality products to create asphalt mixtures ideal for highways, streets, parking lots, and patching projects. With strategically located asphalt plants in the Sioux Falls metro area, we are well-equipped to handle a variety of paving needs. In addition, Myrl & Roy’s Paving operates multiple base and grading crews for project removals and preparation. Our diverse fleet of trucks is capable of hauling hot mix asphalt and aggregates.
In 2020, Myrl & Roy’s Paving became part of the L. G. Everist family, and under their guidance, the company has flourished. The LGE team has brought a commitment to excellence and growth. In 2025, a state-of-the-art production facility opened at the new LGE – 9 Mile Park location in Harrisburg, further enhancing our capabilities.
